Chef Antonia Lofaso's food is an invitation to explore the depths of her interior world. Curiosity grew in her after she moved from the Long Island suburbs to explore the rich cultural diversity of Los Angeles. Cavatelli, carnitas, and different dishes are all available in a single menu. The menu is constantly changing sensibility. What remains, however, in all of her dishes is an unifying view of the future while achingly recollecting the past. Inspired by her Italian-American heritage Lofaso opened Scopa Italian Roots in 2013 which was immediately well received. The interpretation that Lofaso has given to old-school Italian is widely praised by critics as being one of the top places to enjoy Italian cooking in Los Angeles. Customers have described Scopa as an indispensable neighborhood staple where Lofaso consistently serves food that is inviting genuine and incredibly satisfying. Lofaso was trained by renowned chefs to learn their refined techniques. She was also not afraid to take bold decisions in order in order to follow her intuition. She soon rose to the ranks of Wolfgang Puck's Spago before moving further to collaborate with celebs in several Los Angeles kitchens. Lofaso, Sal Aurora, and Mario Guddemi partnered to open Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City in 2011. The Lofaso is now settling at Black Market, and through the partnerships that she created. The creative spirit of Lofaso would be fostered through this collaboration. Black Market is not constrained by a single direction, which is exactly what the idea. The menu could start with chips of dill potato, shishito chilies and then move on to a Korean wings dish and meatballs. Antonia anchors the bold range of flavours. Lofaso evaluated her career success in part by her ability to understand and remain genuine to her audience. Apart from her memorable performance in Top Chef Chicago and Top Chef: All Stars, her uniqueness was also celebrated out of the kitchen. In the present, she remains a standout on screen, as a CNBC judge, and as a recurring character in the Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child. Lofaso released The Busy Mother's Cookbook 100 Simple and Delicious recipes in 2012, along with Penguin. The book also tells the story of her challenges while she studied at her school, the French Culinary Institute. She was raising her daughter Xea also. Lofaso believes that her achievements are the result of her love of cooking. She is in a position to stay in the middle of this industry by focusing on the kitchen.
