Kristen Anne Bell was born in 1980 and is an American actress and singer. Bell is born in 1980 and is a Michigan native who was born and was raised by her parents Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) as well as Tom Bell (a TV news director). She is the daughter of a Polish and her father is German, English Irish and Scottish. Kristen found her talent in the entertainment industry at a young age. In 1992, Kristen attended her first audition. She got a part in Raggedy Ann And Andy. Bell was appointed by her mom to become an agent when she was 13 years old. Then, she was cast for newspaper ads and commercials on TV. In addition to taking private lessons and acting lessons, she started her career in the year 2000. Bell was in Polish Wedding (2000) in 1998 in a role that was not credited to her. Bell attended Shrine Catholic High School and was part of music as well as the drama club. The Wizard of Oz production in her high school earned Bell the starring Dorothy character. Bell was a student of in musical theater at the world-renowned Tisch School of the Arts in New York City after graduating. Bell dropped out of school in 2001 to take on the role Becky of Tom Sawyer. That is the year she was the first to be credited with Pootie Tang (2001), however, her performance was cut and her appearance exists only in the credit sequence. Bell was seen together with Angela Bettis and Liam Neeson in 2002's Broadway revival of The Crucible.
